William D. Evers Chairman of the Board & General Counsel

Mr. Evers is a highly respected Bay Area native with extensive business acumen. Mr. Evers practiced corporate and securities law for over forty years and has had extensive business and civic experience. Managing Partner of Pettit, Evers & Martin for 12 years. Founded the California Capital Access Forum and promoted numerous seminars on financing start-ups. Member of the SEC Tasks force on Small Business Capital Formation. Was a co-founder of the Alpine Meadows of Tahoe, Inc. and Boreal Ridge Ski areas. Served as President on the Mayor’s office of Economic Development for San Francisco (1975-1978). Retired from the practice of the law as a partner of Foley & Lardner specializing in corporate and securities practice. B.A. Yale University, J.D. UC Berkeley.

Micah Bongberg President & CEO

Micah Bongberg graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics and was active in numerous clubs and professional organizations including the Business Economics Association, Accounting Association, and the Center for Engineering and Entrepreneurial Management.

Prior to Annuvia, Micah pursued a career in real estate development as the Portfolio Manager for the for-profit real estate developer BRIDGE Urban Infill Land Development, LLC (BUILD). At BUILD Micah managed a $50 million line of credit with Comerica Bank and a $175 million portfolio of equity for the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) and BRIDGE Housing Corporation— the Nation’s largest pension fund, and California’s largest non-profit real estate developer. Through his experiences at BUILD, Micah gained valuable financial, economic, and small business experience that he brings to Annuvia and he currently oversees all business development responsibilities.

Robert W. Taggart Director Business Development

Bob is a San Francisco Bay Area native, currently residing in San Francisco. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and UC Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco. Bob spent the majority of his career with Southern Pacific Transportation Co, retiring as Vice President, Governmental and Public Relations. He joined California Energy Co. as Senior Vice President, External Relations until their acquisition by an out of state corporation. In addition to his legal background, Bob is an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and provides valuable insight into the ever-evolving legal landscape of the AED industry. Bob currently works in the Business Development and Sales functions for Annuvia.

Annuvia subscribes to the philosophy that great people create great work. In its safety and emergence response division it currently employs two full-time, non-executive team members. Both are intelligent, motivated and team-oriented. The daily operations are split between these two employees: one currently oversees operations, vendor relations, sub-distributor relations, etc. while the other focuses on client management and support. The Annuvia Team has made efficient and scalable operating systems a large priority and, accordingly, more clients can be managed without adding additional support staff at present.

Jan Gerritsen Chief Technical Officer

Jan Gerritsen has more than 20 years international experience in software development. He worked in a variety of leadership roles at a number of startups and public companies. At Autonomy (later acquired by HP), he led a team of 20 software professionals to develop Aungate, Autonomy's suite of legal applications. Aungate was licensed in multi-million dollar deals to companies like Deloitte & Touche and McAfee, to name a few.

Before joining Annuvia full-time, he was architecting and developing the integration between TeleNav (see telenav.com) and Quickbooks. Jan holds 2 patents.
